The project also included the installation of external thermal facade, roof insulation, and a new outdoor bar, combining functionality and aesthetics.
The result is a modern, energy-efficient living space, with a focus on sustainability and comfort, perfectly suited for urban living.

This project involved the complete renovation of an office space on the first floor and a shop on the ground floor in central Athens. The office was designed for the company’s main operations, while the ground-floor shop was designated for service activities.
The renovation included the construction of a brand-new bathroom and kitchen within the office. Our team managed the entire process, from design and planning to obtaining permits and delivering the project as a turnkey solution, complete with interior design.

The design features two modern bathrooms, a sleek kitchen with Corian countertop, three bedrooms and a walk-in closet with laundry room. Warmth and style are brought into the space with wooden parquet flooring throughout.
The renovation also included an energy upgrade with the installation of thermal facade, a natural gas boiler for heating, and a hot water solar system. The result is a modern, elegant, and functional home, perfect for family living.

This project involved a full-scale renovation, including design, planning, permits, and a turnkey delivery with interior design. Key features included the installation of a new autonomous heating system with a wall-mounted gas boiler and an energy efficiency upgrade.

Architectural, lighting, and energy-efficient upgrades were implemented, including thermal insulation, energy-efficient aluminum frames, and a gas heating system. These improvements elevated the apartment’s energy rating from H to B+, making it more comfortable and sustainable.
