CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS is a newly established and innovative company active in the field of construction.

The idea started on 2015, when IOANNIS-STYLIANOS TRIANTAFYLLOU, dipl. Civil Engineer, perceived the economic crisis as an opportunity for qualitative differentiation. He decided to build his own team providing a wide range of civil engineering services, in a responsible and accurate way. Now, CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS has the knowledge and skills to cope with any demanding project and deliver this on time.

Our office undertakes the Energy-Efficient Design of a property as determined by KENAK. We have the ability to design and create Nearly Zero Energy Buildings

We undertake the management of any construction project, ensuring the delivery on time according to customer’s requirements.

Legalization of Arbitrary Structures

We undertake the entire procedure about the legalization of any arbitrary structure in a property, as well as the issue of the certificate about legality.

Stores' Operational Licenses

Our office fully undertakes the process of issuing or renewing the operational license for any kind of business, providing the necessary technical reports and layouts.

Energy Performance Certificates

The Energy Performance Certificate is a document that must accompany each property as its energy identity. Our office undertakes the issue of it for any building, or part thereof, consistently and responsibly.
