About this project
We undertook the project entirely, both in terms of design and permissions, as well as in terms of construction.
The apartment had an area of 65 sq.m. and was consisted of hall, small living room, bathroom, kitchen and one bedroom separately.
We decided to change its interior layout by giving simplicity and elegance.
We designed a studio by making the living room much bigger and place it along with the kitchen.
New studies and layouts were composed, such as architectural & lighting design, 3D design, hydraulic design, electrical and HVAC applications.
The apartment was also upgraded in terms of energy performance. Thermal insulation, waterproofing and energy aluminum frames were applied to building shell.
Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Lighting and water supply were followed energy standards as much as possible. Particularly for the heating system and hot water, a wall hung gas boiler was placed.
Τhe kitchen was also supplied with gas. As a result of the above interventions, the apartment was upgraded from the energy category H to B.
